Blast furnace spraying is very effective in improving furnace conditions and some technical indicators (such as increasing coal ratio, reducing total coke ratio and fuel ratio, etc.) at the later stage of furnace service. By strengthening the management of spraying construction and furnace type management after spraying, the maintenance time of spraying paint is extended to more than 12 months or even longer.
For blast furnace lining spraying, there are currently three types of dry, semi-dry and wet methods. Wet injection technology not only has the effect of traditional spraying construction, but also avoids its defects, so wet injection is gradually favored by the ironmaking industry. For the steel plant energy-saving emission reduction, reduce costs, increase efficiency to make greater contribution.
