1. Technical features:
This technology is a new type of wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, thermal insulation lining material and engineering technology successfully developed by Hebi Zhongsheng Metallurgical Engineering Company on the basis of in-depth study of the wear-resistant mechanism and corrosion triggering factors of ceramic matrix composites, using nano-toughening and reinforcement, composite material performance superposition effect, inorganic directional synthesis and other technologies.
At room temperature and lower temperature (below 400 ℃), the ultra-high activity nano-components in the lining material undergo physical and chemical reactions and interact with other components to form a complex structure similar to ceramic crystals, thus having high strength, high toughness and excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and crack resistance. At higher temperatures (400~1300 ℃), with the help of the catalytic effect of nano-additives, a series of chemical reactions were carried out in combination with the active components in the system to form a composite ceramic compact with no shrinkage, no cracking, low thermal conductivity and high strength. The solid and complete composite ceramic layer formed on the pre-protected metal surface by scientific and reasonable construction methods has the characteristics of convenient construction, easy maintenance, high cost performance, energy saving and environmental protection.
